About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of VISUALYS. Your mission is to strengthen our brand presence and position our IIoT product brands as visible, attractive, and relevant in the market.
Marketing is essential for the growth of VISUALYS β that’s why we are not looking for a pure executor, but for a strategic thinker and proactive marketer who takes ownership and drives marketing initiatives forward.
In this role, you will develop marketing campaigns, expand our online presence, and attract new customers to VISUALYS. You will also be responsible for creating a regular email newsletter to keep our community and customers informed about product updates, industry insights, and company news. Additionally, you will play a key role in launching a groundbreaking new IIoT innovation.
We are a small, dynamic team with flat hierarchies, where collaboration and a strong team spirit matter. We are looking for someone who is not just filling a role but wants to be part of something bigger and help build our brand from the ground up.
Your Responsibilities
β Digital Brand Strategy & Online Marketing
- Develop and implement a clear online marketing strategy for VISUALYS and our product brands
- Actively manage & grow our LinkedIn presence (content strategy, community engagement, ads)
- Plan & execute targeted marketing campaigns through our new CRM system
- Create and manage content marketing activities (blog, social media, landing pages, whitepapers)
- Design, create & distribute a regular email newsletter in collaboration with the team
- Performance marketing & SEO β Improve digital visibility & lead generation
β Lead Generation & Market Presence
- Build a strong digital presence to generate qualified leads for sales & business development
- Develop marketing strategies for existing and new product launches
- Support event & trade show marketing, ensuring strong online promotion
Your Profile β What You Bring
β Experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
β Strong storytelling and content creation skills β You know how to craft engaging content that resonates with our target audience
β Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing β You understand how to grow an audience and run successful LinkedIn campaigns
β Familiarity with content marketing, social media, and SEO β You know how to optimize content for search engines and visibility
β Ability to manage email marketing campaigns β You can create and distribute newsletters that provide value to our audience
β Motivation to work with CRM systems & data-driven campaigns β You make decisions based on metrics and insights
β Affinity for technology & industrial topics β While not required, an interest in tech, IIoT, and automation will help you succeed
